3/4 cup carrot juice
1/2 cup non-fat plain Greek yogurt
1/4 cup almond or regular milk
1/4 tsp turmeric
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp ginger
1/8 tsp finely ground black pepper
- Combine all ingredients in a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
Makes one serving.
